Cecilia Leah Thomas-Dorn is the founder of Cece Safe Haven, a sanctuary for child safety, family advocacy, and restorative justice. Born in Sierra Leone, educated in the United Kingdom, and seasoned by business ventures across the Middle East and Europe.  Cecilia brings a rare global lens to her work—fluent in multiple languages and deeply attuned to cross-cultural dynamics that shape families and communities.

Her international experience informs a nuanced approach to supervised monitoring and legal advocacy, especially in high-conflict custody cases. With exceptional emotional intelligence and a gift for neutral, trauma-informed communication, Cecilia ensures that every child’s voice is protected and every caregiver is treated with dignity.

Cece Safe Haven offers more than services—it offers safety, clarity, and hope. Cecilia’s documentation is grammatically precise, legally sound, and emotionally grounded, designed to stand up in court while standing beside families in crisis.

Now rooted in Georgia’s, she serves Liberty, Bryant, Chatham, and Effingham counties, Cecilia is a powerful civic voice for transplants, newcomers, and underserved communities.
